These are some frequently asked questions about Footner products.

Can Footner Exfoliating Socks be used more than one time?

No.

Footner Socks is a one-time only application. Dispose of the exfoliating socks immediately after use.

Can I use Footner Exfoliating Socks if I have cracked heels?

Yes you can use Footner exfoliating socks on cracked heels. However, since the lotion is acidic, some people may find it irritating on the cracks. If you have very deep cracks, we do not suggest you using Footner Exfoliating Socks as you may not be able to resist irritation.

Footner Exfoliating Socks – How long is the whole exfoliating process?

The most drastic results willl be in the first few days when the dead skin start to peel off. Normally the whole process will take about 7 to 20 days.

What if I do not want all the skin on my feet to peel off?

Only dead skin will peel off. As a result, the exfoliation will be more drastic on the heel but not on the upper part of the feet. This is because there is normally more dead skin on the heel than on the upper part of the foot. Only small pieces of the dead skin cell will peel off on the top. Remember there is dead skin on every part of our body as this is a natural skin turnover process. The intensity differs in different part of the feet. If you prefer for the top of your feet to not shed any dead skin, please apply Vaseline before using Footner Exfoliating Socks.

Can I go sun bathing after the exfoliating process?

Yes you can do your regular activities after using Footner. However, as the skin is very delicate for the first few days after the exfoliating process, do not expose feet to direct sunlight for at least one week after exfoliation.

How long should I wear Footner Exfoliating Socks?

60 minutes.

When can I see the result of the Footner Exfoliating Socks

It can take up to 7days, depending on the skin texture before the exfoliating process starts. People with very thin skin will see the results faster and people with more callus build up may see the result later.

What size is Footner Exfoliating Socks suitable?

There is one size available: Size: Max European size 48.

Are Footner products suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and diabetic patients?

As the skin of pregnant women and nursing mothers is more sensitive, we do not recommend using Footner products during this period. Footner products are not suitable for diabetic patients – we suggest you always consult your GP before trying new foot care products.

Is Footner Exfoliating Socks effective for corns and warts?

Footner Exfoliating Socks are not intended to be used on corns and warts. However, consumers will experience a softer skin around the corns. Some people can then easily peel off the corn without causing any pain.

What happens during the exfoliation process?

During the exfoliation process, the dead layers of skin will become loose and fall off over time leaving your feet looking and feeling pedicure perfect.

Will there be any consumers who continue to peel off for more than 30 days?

It is dependent on your skin type however this is very unusal. The peeling process normally takes 7-10 days.

Can people with sensitive skin use Footner Exfoliating Socks?

Footner Exfoliating Socks is not suitable for people with sensitive skin, especially people sensitive to the ingredient alcohol.

How often should I use the Exfoliating Socks?

We recommend using Footner Exfoliating Socks once every 2-3 months.

Will my feet be very sensitive after the exfoliating process? Can I do sports?

No your feet should not be sensitve. However, as the new skin has become delicate after the exfoliation, we do not recommend practicing intensive sport during the first few days of the exfoliation process.
